TheAgency (previously Info Agency) provides network administrators with a agency to monitor the devices connected to their networks. It will let you see what applications are being ply on each machine on your network, what printer driver each machine has selected, and more. The software comes in two parts: a server component, and a client component. These two applications work together to leave you with a heel of who's running what on your network.
