ClamXav is a justify virus checker for Mac OS X. It uses a slightly modified adaptation of the tried, tested, and very popular clamav assailable source antivirus engine as a back-end. What's New: Version 0.8.7b Added ability to select multiple files/directories Added option to except specific filename patterns while scanning Added option to scan only specific patterns Distribution is today in shape of a disc image Don't earmark 'renounce' if clamscan or freshclam is notwithstanding running Installer should hopefully today tend properly with dodgy characters in the path mention В В В -have included a shortcut in caseful it notwithstanding doesn't employment! Main window "Log" department renamed to "Report" to hit confusion with preferences "log" setting Prefs today in a shroud, conforming to Apple HIG Prefs shroud opens automatically on foremost startup - not on subsequent startups Separate option for scan and update log files Scan may today be started by command-key shortcut Start/stop/update menu items throw up dialog box if necessary Updating no longer clears the log window before showing the update result Doesn't wastefulness time scanning stuffit files (finish in .sit and .sitx) - clamscan doesn't bed how to unstuff so posterior't actually check the archive's contents anyway
